Using the site

By using the site natali-borei.com, you accept these terms.

Trader information

The seller is NATALI BOREI, owned by Nataliia Ivashchenko, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP 9571191305, REGON 545106239), registered address: al. Aleja Zwycięstwa 46 lok. 3, 80-210 Gdańsk, Poland. Contact details are in the Contact section below.

Products

All Natali Borei jewellery is original handmade work in a single edition. Photographs accurately represent the colour and texture of pieces.

Placing an order

Payment is made via Stripe Checkout when you place the order.
Items are reserved for about one hour until paid. If payment is not completed in time, the reservation expires and availability returns.
Prices are shown in EUR or PLN as displayed on the site and do not include VAT.
After payment you receive order emails with a secret link. The link opens the order anytime while it remains in our records. You can also contact us with questions about it. There are no customer accounts.
An order is processed once payment succeeds through Stripe.

Delivery

Shipping within Europe is free.
Outside Europe, shipping is a flat 50 EUR or 200 PLN, according to the currency of the order. The amount is added automatically at checkout and paid with the order.
Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country, if charged, are paid by the buyer.
Where available, parcels include tracking. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery then takes about 5–10 days within Europe and 10–21 days worldwide.

Returns & withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To withdraw, notify us via the email in the Contact section below within this 14-day period, stating your order number and your decision to withdraw.
You must send the item back to us within 14 days of notifying us. You will bear the direct cost of returning it.
We refund the full purchase price, including any delivery fee you paid when placing the order, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which we shipped it, undamaged.
If the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to check its nature and features, we deduct the resulting loss of value from your refund. If the item can no longer be resold as new, we are entitled to decline the return.

Intellectual property

All photographs, texts, logo and site design are the property of Natali Borei. Copying without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Natali Borei is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland.
